In 1995, my husband, a retired veteran, and I moved to Shepherdstown due to a job transfer from Boston, MA. We fell in love with the area and decided it was the perfect place to raise our two children. Shepherdstown offered a welcoming community and an enriching environment that made it the ideal place to put down roots. Over the years, we’ve grown deeply connected to this area; despite living in various parts of the country, we’ve chosen Shepherdstown as our forever home because there’s something truly magical about West Virginia.
I’ve also had the pleasure of owning and managing two small businesses in Shepherdstown, which has given me a broad range of experience and a deep understanding of the local market. These ventures allowed me to build strong relationships within the community and gain valuable insights into the needs and preferences of residents.
One of the many reasons I cherish this area is its proximity to stunning natural attractions. We’re just a stone’s throw from the Potomac River, offering beautiful waterfront views and recreational opportunities. The C&O Canal, with its rich history and scenic pathways, is also nearby, perfect for hiking and biking. Additionally, the Appalachian Trail is within easy reach, providing fantastic outdoor adventures. Our location is conveniently close to Maryland and Virginia, broadening the scope of opportunities for finding your perfect home.
I am licensed in West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia, allowing me to serve clients across these states and offer a comprehensive perspective on the regional market.
In addition to my real estate work, I’m an active member of the local Lions Club, where I engage in various community initiatives and charitable activities. I also serve as a board member for the West Virginia Vista Promise Program, contributing to educational and community development efforts.
